Connect your own AI account

You can connect your own Anthropic (Claude) account so that Nana, the writing help in drafts, sharing and messages, and the team hub (for staff) use it. The AI cost goes to your account, and #NotesApp puts no daily limit on you.

• Make an API key at console.anthropic.com (you can set a spending limit there). It starts with sk-ant-.
• Open Nana AI, find "Connect your own AI account", paste the key and connect. We check that it works, keep it encrypted, and show only its last four characters.
• To remove it, disconnect on the same page. Deleting your account also deletes the key.

If the key is rejected or out of credit, Nana tells you and answers from the help centre instead. Your text is sent to Anthropic only when the AI writes an answer or you ask for writing help; see the Privacy Policy.
