Selling physical goods from your store

Your store lives at /u/yourname/store. Add an item, tick that it is sold through #NotesApp checkout, and set the price, your delivery fee and your stock. You need a payout account under Rates & payouts.

The buyer pays here with their delivery address and gets a parcel ID by email; their money is held until delivery. You dispatch and keep the log (courier and tracking number, or who holds the parcel by bike, bus or motor park). Payout is released when the buyer confirms delivery, or 7 days after you mark it delivered. If the buyer reports a problem the money stays held while we review.

Every item needs a category (buyers can filter a store by it) and, for physical items, where it ships from, which buyers see before they pay. Shoppers can save items with the heart (their private list is under Saved items), and a store shows what buyers check most.

Sizes: if an item comes in sizes (or sizes and colours), add them one at a time. Type the size and how many pieces you have, then tick ✔ to save it and add the next, for example L: 2, XL: 5. You can save up to 60 entries, edit or remove any of them, and the total stock is added up for you.

Commission applies to the item price only (see commission rates). Stores do not link out to other shops. Full details: Store selling.
