Getting paid: payouts and when money is released
Add a bank account under Rates & payouts. We verify the account name first and store only the account name, bank and last four digits. Then:
- Sessions: paid 24 hours after the session ends.
- Subscriptions and gifts: released after 7 days.
- Physical store orders: released when the buyer confirms delivery, or 7 days after you mark it delivered if they say nothing.
- Digital downloads: after a 7-day dispute window.
- Ad share: monthly, after review (see Ads and ad share).
Money can be held while we review a reported problem. Commission depends on your plan: see commission rates.
